Adam came to True Oak in January of 2015. He was raised in Tuttle from 4th grade on then left to purse a dream to play baseball. After four years of college baseball, Adam was drafted by the Texas Rangers and pitched for 3 seasons in the minor leagues making it to AA Tulsa Drillers. After pursuing his dream to pitch in the majors God intervened and called him to preach His Word and be a pastor. Since the age of 26 Adam has served in several churches and by God's providence has been guided back to his home town. He is convicted to preach verse by verse and to integrate the Bible into the life of all who hear it. Adam has been married to Patti since 1985 and they have 2 grown kids who live in Iowa and Missouri with their families.
My name is Ace Perreault and I am incredibly grateful to be the youth leader at True Oak Fellowship. While studying ministry at Bacone College I met the love of my life Carissa who for some strange reason decided to give me a chance. Thirteen years and three kids later, we are still walking through life’s journey hand in hand. In 2015 the Father, in His kindness, opened the door for me to accept the position of youth pastor at True Oak. To this day, I still cannot believe that God allows me to be a small part in the lives of our students. In 2017 our group decided to give our student ministry the name “Yusay”. This word comes from the scripture verse found in Matthew 16:15. We believe that the answer to this question will lay the foundation for our entire lives. YuSay is committed to teaching our students how to answer this question for themselves while keeping Christ at the center and the leader of our lives. Our group is goofy, fun loving, and even a little crazy at times but above all we are devoted to the worship of our King Jesus as well as sharpening each other as iron sharpens iron.
